- According to Marca survey, Harry Kane (26%) would be the best option among the suggested strikers for Real Madrid next season
- More than 200k people reportedly participated in the poll
- Mauro Icardi and Edinson Cavani share the 2nd place (14%)
Marca have finished counting the votes for their latest survey, concerning the question of the new Real Madrid striker.
And the winner was not Mauro Icardi, but Tottenham’s Harry Kane, the World Cup Golden Boot winner.
Real Madrid fans have voted for who they want to replace Ronaldo:
Kane – 26%
Cavani – 14%
Icardi – 14%
Mariano – 12%
Lewandowski – 12%
Morata – 8%
Rodrigo – 6%
Lainnya – 5%

With the margin of 12%, the English forward came first ahead of Cavani and Icardi.
The result couldn’t be called unexpectable as both Kylian Mbappe and Eden Hazard were not included in the survey, though, Mauro Icardi could obtain the 2nd place with a more comfortable margin over Edinson Cavani.
